Refunds & Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Portal TCG. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

TCG Products & Accessories

We accept returns on unopened, sealed product within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please email support@portaltcg.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Master Set Checklists

Master Set Checklists can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused and in original condition. Email us with your order number to arrange a return.

Custom Binders

Custom binders are bespoke, made-to-order items and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or are materially different from what was agreed.

If your custom binder arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We’ll replace or refund at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If any order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened sealed TCG product cannot be returned unless faulty. Custom binders cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect (as above).
