Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take?
Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday are dispatched same day. Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days. Custom binders require 3–5 working days production time before dispatch.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free tracked delivery on all orders over £100.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
For standard TCG products, contact us as soon as possible at support@portaltcg.co.uk — we’ll do our best to help before dispatch. Custom binder orders cannot be amended or cancelled once production has begun (typically within 24 hours of order confirmation).

Are your products authentic?
Yes — all products are 100% genuine and sourced through official distribution channels.
Do you sell sealed product?
Yes, the majority of our stock is sealed. We also stock accessories and custom binders.
Do you sell Japanese, Chinese and Korean Pokémon?
Yes — we stock Pokémon TCG in all four major languages: English, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. Browse by language using the navigation menu.
Do you sell other TCGs besides Pokémon?
Yes — we also stock Lorcana and One Piece. We’re always expanding our range, so check back regularly.
Do you restock sold-out products?
We restock regularly. Use the “Notify me when available” button on any sold-out product page to get an email alert when it’s back.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes — we take pre-orders on upcoming releases. Pre-orders are charged at the time of ordering and dispatched on release day.
Master Set Checklists
What is a Master Set Checklist?
A Master Set Checklist is a professionally printed list of every card in a set — including secret rares, illustration rares, alternate arts, and promo variants. It’s designed to help collectors track which cards they have and which they still need.
What sets are available?
We produce checklists for Pokémon, One Piece, and Lorcana. Our range is constantly expanding — check the Master Set Checklists section for the current selection.
Are these physical or digital products?
These are physical printed products, dispatched with your order.
Do the checklists include promo cards?
Yes — where applicable, our checklists include known promos and regional variants for each set. We update them as new information becomes available.
Can I return a Master Set Checklist?
Yes — unused checklists in original condition can be returned within 30 days. See our Refunds & Returns policy for details.
Custom Binders
What is a custom binder?
A custom binder is a premium card storage binder produced by our in-house team. You can choose from our standard and character ranges, or go fully bespoke — your artwork, your design, your name.
How do I order a custom binder?
Browse the Custom Binders section to see our current range. For a fully bespoke design, contact us at support@portaltcg.co.uk with your requirements and we’ll provide a quote.
How long does a custom binder take?
Custom binders are made to order and require 3–5 working days production time before dispatch. You’ll be notified by email when your binder ships.
What materials do you use?
Our binders are manufactured using premium materials including high-quality cover stock, sturdy ring mechanisms, and archival-safe pages to protect your cards.
Can I return a custom binder?
Custom binders are bespoke items and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@portaltcg.co.uk.
Can I order custom binders in bulk?
Yes — we offer bulk pricing for larger orders. Contact us at support@portaltcg.co.uk for a quote.
