Collect Better.

Portal TCG makes the things master set collectors actually need: printed binders for every set, master set checklists that show every card and every reverse holo, and placeholder cards for the gaps. Everything is designed by hand in Plymouth and printed to order. No AI artwork, no stock templates, no reselling someone else's binder with a sticker on it.

We started as a shop. We still stock sealed Pokemon product in English, Japanese, Korean and Chinese, and we still open packs live most weeks. But the more sets we chased ourselves, the more obvious it became that the accessories side of this hobby was an afterthought. So we became a maker.

Who we are

We are Stew and Beth, a family running a business built on community. Our daughter Amelia is growing up with Pokemon the way we did, and we want her, and every collector like her, to enjoy the hobby without competing against resellers and scalpers just to open a pack. That is not a marketing angle. It is the reason Portal exists.

Beth draws every binder, checklist and placeholder design herself. Stew runs the shop, the streams and the customer service, which after years in hospitality he still thinks is the whole job.

What we make

  • Printed binders: 9 pocket zip binders wrapped edge to edge in original artwork for each set, standard and premium editions, plus custom binders printed with your own design.
  • Master set checklists: every card in the set with its rarity, reverse holo boxes where they exist and space to track your progress, printed to slip inside the binder.
  • Placeholder cards: clearly marked cards that hold a slot for anything you have not pulled yet, so the binder tells the story from day one.
  • Master Set and Collector's Bundles: the binder, the checklist and sealed packs in one box, for people starting a set from scratch.

Every set we make for gets its own guide on this site: the full card list, the chase cards and the release details, kept up to date as sets are revealed. Start with the upcoming sets and release dates.

What we still sell

Booster packs, booster boxes, elite trainer boxes and collection boxes for the current English sets, Japanese imports the week they land, and Korean and Chinese product for collectors who want the best print quality or the rarest sets. Tracked UK delivery, and packs that are never weighed, mapped or resealed.

Value, service and community

We obsess over three things. Making the best accessories at a fair price. Content that helps you collect smarter rather than spend more. And a standard of care the industry rarely bothers with: a real person answers every message, usually the same day, and if something goes wrong we put it right first and argue about it never.

Thousands of happy customers across the website and TikTok Shop say we are getting it mostly right. Thank you for being part of the Portal family.

Shops and clubs

Our binders and checklists are available wholesale to independent card shops and collecting clubs in the UK. Email support@portaltcg.co.uk with "Wholesale" in the subject and we will send the line sheet.
