Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the 30th Anniversary Binder Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) run by Portal TCG on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. By entering, you accept them in full.

1. The promoter

The Giveaway is run by PokePortal Ltd, trading as Portal TCG, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15910981 (“we”, “us”, “our”). Questions about the Giveaway should go to support@portaltcg.co.uk.

2. Who can enter

Residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 16 or over on the date of entry.
Entrants aged 16 or 17 must have permission from a parent or guardian. We may ask for confirmation of that permission before releasing a prize.
Employees of PokePortal Ltd, members of their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Giveaway may not enter.
You must enter from a genuine personal account that belongs to you.

3. Entry is free

No purchase is necessary. Buying anything from Portal TCG does not improve your chance of winning, and no purchase is required either to enter or to claim the prize.

4. When you can enter

Entries open at 00:01 BST on 1 August 2026 and close at 23:59 BST on 31 August 2026. Any entry recorded outside that window is void. We rely on the timestamp recorded by the platform you entered from.

5. How to enter

Follow @portal_tcg on the platform you are entering from — Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.
Comment DAY or NIGHT on the Giveaway post.
Optional bonus: tag a friend in a comment. Each friend tagged counts as one extra entry, up to a maximum of three.

You may enter once on each of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, plus up to three bonus entries on each. Entries submitted through third parties, bulk-entry services or any automated means are void.

6. The prize

One 30th Anniversary Binder in the winner’s choice of any design available at the time the prize is claimed — Espeon, Day Pikachu, Umbreon or Night Pikachu (RRP £59.99).

The bundle is worth £64.99. There is one prize and one winner. There is no cash alternative, the prize is not transferable and it cannot be exchanged. The binders are a limited run: if the winner’s first choice of design is no longer available, we will offer an alternative design from the range.

7. The draw

One winner will be drawn at random on 1 September 2026 from all valid entries across all three platforms, using a random selection tool. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Telling the winner

We will contact the winner within 5 days of the draw, by reply or direct message on the platform they entered from. The winner must respond within 7 days of our first contact. If they do not respond in that time, or cannot accept the prize, we may draw an alternative winner.

We will announce the winner’s username on our social channels. If you would rather we did not, tell us when we contact you.

9. Delivery

The prize is delivered free of charge to one address in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland. Please allow up to 30 days from the date delivery details are confirmed. We are not responsible for a prize that is delayed or lost after it has been handed to the carrier, or for delivery details supplied incorrectly by the winner.

10. Disqualification

We may disqualify any entry, without notice, where we reasonably believe an entrant has used duplicate, fake, bulk-created or purchased accounts; used bots or any automated entry method; breached the entered platform’s own terms of use; or behaved abusively towards our staff or other entrants.

11. Your personal data

To run the Giveaway we process the public username and comment you enter with. If you win, we also process the name, delivery address and contact details you give us so that we can send the prize. We use this information only to administer the Giveaway and deliver the prize, and we keep it no longer than we need to.

12. Liability

We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received for reasons beyond our control, or for any technical failure of a platform. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

13. Not a platform promotion

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta or Google. You are providing your information to Portal TCG and not to any of those platforms. Any question, comment or complaint about the Giveaway should be directed to us.

14. Changes and cancellation

We may amend these terms, or suspend or withdraw the Giveaway, where it is necessary to do so for reasons outside our reasonable control. Any change will be published on this page.
