Pokemon TCG · 30th Celebration
Four more 30th Celebration cards have surfaced, revealed in Traditional Chinese and Japanese ahead of the set's worldwide launch on 16 September. The pick of them is a matched pair: Reshiram and Zekrom, built so that each one rewards you for teching in the other's Energy type.
Alongside the legendary duo are two lower-rarity gems with real anniversary charm: an Unown whose artwork literally spells out ANNIVERSARY, and a Drifloon floating in a sky of party balloons. Full card text on all four is below (translated from the Chinese and Japanese, so wording is provisional).

Reshiram HP 130
Slash50
Laser Flame80+
If this Pokemon has any Lightning Energy attached, this attack does 80 more damage.
- WeaknessWater (x2)
- ResistanceNone
- RetreatCC
Portal takeHalf of a matched set. On its own it is a 130 HP Basic that hits 80 for three Energy, but slot a Lightning Energy alongside its Fire and Laser Flame jumps to 160. It is clearly built to stand next to Zekrom. Illustrated by Uta.

Zekrom HP 130
Slash50
Nitro Thunder80+
If this Pokemon has any Fire Energy attached, this attack does 80 more damage.
- WeaknessFighting (x2)
- ResistanceNone
- RetreatCC
Portal takeThe mirror image. Same 130 HP, same 80-for-three baseline, but Nitro Thunder rewards a Fire Energy instead, climbing to 160. Run the two together and each one makes the other hit harder. Illustrated by akagi.

Unown HP 80
Mysterious Signal40
If your opponent's Pokemon is Knocked Out by damage from this attack, take 1 more Prize card.
- WeaknessDarkness (x2)
- ResistanceFighting (-30)
- RetreatC
Portal takeThe collector's pick. Mysterious Signal is a tidy 40 that steals an extra Prize on a knockout, but the real draw is the art: the Unown spell out ANNIVERSARY across the card, a proper nod to 30 years. Illustrated by mingo.

Drifloon HP 70
Float Up20
You may shuffle this Pokemon and all attached cards into your deck.
- WeaknessDarkness (x2)
- ResistanceFighting (-30)
- RetreatC
Portal takeThe cheap disruptor, and the cutest card here. One Psychic Energy floats it (and everything attached to it) back into your deck for a fresh start, all wrapped in party-balloon art made for the occasion. Illustrated by Shinya Komatsu.
Reshiram and Zekrom are the ones to watch here: individually they are honest 130 HP Basics, but the Fire/Lightning cross-synergy is a clear nudge to build them as a pair, each pushing the other from 80 to 160. Unown and Drifloon won't move the metagame, but the ANNIVERSARY Unown in particular is exactly the kind of card people will want in a binder.
These four join a set already stacked with chase cards, the Day and Night Pikachu ex Special Illustration Rares among them, and a fireworks-foil Pikachu in every pack. 30th Celebration lands worldwide on 16 September.
Cards revealed in Traditional Chinese and Japanese (PokeBeach, 17 August 2026). English attack wording is a provisional translation and may be reworded in localisation. Card numbers and illustrators are read from the scans. 30th Celebration releases worldwide on 16 September 2026.
