Pokemon 30th Celebration · Secret Rares
Say hello to the RGB Mews. As 30th Celebration starts reaching shelves, fans have pulled three secret rare Mew cards, one Red, one Green and one Blue, all illustrated by YOSHIROTTEN and numbered out of “RGB” (#R/RGB, #G/RGB and #B/RGB).
The trio is a love letter to where it all began: Pokemon Red, Green and Blue, the original games, for the franchise's 30th anniversary. Red, green and blue are also the primary colours of light that combine to make every other colour, which fits YOSHIROTTEN's signature style built around light, colour and futuristic design. It is a neat bit of symbolism for an anniversary set: three starting points, one full spectrum.
All three are the same card in three foil finishes: a Basic Mew with 60 HP and a single Psychic attack that does 10 damage plus 40 more for each Energy attached to your opponent's Active Pokemon. The flavour text leans right into the legend, describing Mew as a mirage that only a handful of people have ever seen. Which is the point.

These are shaping up to be the true chase of 30th Celebration. Pokemon has not officially acknowledged the cards, they are missing from the card list booklet in the Elite Trainer Box, and the pull rates are not yet known but are expected to be very low, exactly the kind of mystery the original games built around Mew in the first place.
That secrecy is deliberate. Pokemon Japan often holds its final secret rares back until the next set lands, so the RGB Mews may not be officially confirmed for months. Until then they stay a little bit mythical, which is precisely the anniversary energy.
